Established in 2010, Jeremy K. Walter Architects, LLC focuses tireless attention on the needs of the client, providing excellence in design and detailing, to create unique solutions. The firm’s diverse specialties include waterfront and oceanfront construction, high-end single-family & multi-family construction and light commercial construction & renovation. Years of working in South Florida has enabled our firm to build partnerships with industry leading engineers and consultants. Principal

Born in Pennsylvania, Jeremy moved to Palm Beach County at the end of high school and has called Florida home ever since.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A & M University. He received his architect license in 1995. 

Prior to forming Jeremy K. Walter Architects, Jeremy helped lead a distinctive, Palm Beach high end custom residential firm as a partner for 14 years. In addition to his design role in the firm, he was instrumental in developing and maintaining current technical design standards on AutoCad for the architectural staff to utilize. 

Jeremy is married with two children and resides in Jupiter, Florida.
